Choose your starting point

Care that meets you where you are.

Your plan is shaped around your goals, your current capacity, and the pace that feels right.

01 / PAIN & MOVEMENT

Make everyday movement feel less guarded.

Understand what may be contributing to persistent aches and build confident, manageable movement.

02 / RECOVERY

Return to the activities you miss.

Support after an injury, operation, or a long pause, with clear steps that grow with you.

03 / EVERYDAY STRENGTH

Build a body you can rely on.

Practical strength and mobility work for work, sport, family life, and everything between.

A clear, collaborative process

No mystery. Just a useful plan.

Good care starts with listening, then turns insight into actions you can actually use between sessions.

01

Talk it through

We start with what is changing, what you have tried, and what you would like to do more comfortably.

02

Find the pattern

A focused movement assessment helps us make sense of the bigger picture without overwhelming you.

03

Leave with direction

You get a small, considered set of next steps, with adjustments as your confidence and capacity grow.

Care should feel like a conversation, not a performance.

Lark Orbit is a calm space for asking questions, noticing progress, and making movement feel more familiar. You do not need to be “good at exercise” to begin.

Before you begin

A few useful answers.

What happens in a first session?

We discuss your goals and history, look at relevant movement, and agree on a practical starting plan together.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move. You can keep your usual clothes on during the conversation and assessment.

Do I need a referral?

You can make an enquiry directly. If another health professional is involved in your care, we can consider the information you choose to share.

Will treatment hurt?

Your comfort matters. We explain what we are doing, check in often, and adapt the approach if something does not feel right.

Will I get exercises to do at home?

When useful, yes. Home practice is kept focused and realistic, with clear guidance on how much is enough.

Can I contact you if I am unsure?

Yes. Tell us a little about what is going on through the enquiry form and we will help you identify a sensible next step.
